Baccarat Banque Principles

Baccarat chemin de fer is enjoyed with eight decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards under 10 are worth their printed number while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The score for every hand is the total of the 2 cards, however the beginning digit is dumped. For example, a hand of five and 6 has a total of one (5 plus six equals 11; dump the initial ‘1′).

A 3rd card might be given using the following rules:

- If the player or bank gets a score of eight or 9, the two players stand.

- If the player has less than five, she hits. Players otherwise stand.

- If the gambler stands, the bank hits on a value less than 5. If the gambler hits, a table is used to see if the bank holds or takes a card.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The greater of the 2 hands wins. Winning bets on the bank pay out 19:20 (equal cash minus a 5% commission. Commission are recorded and cleared out once you quit the game so make sure you still have funds left over just before you depart). Winning wagers on the gambler pays one to one. Winning wagers for a tie frequently pay eight to one but sometimes 9 to 1. (This is a poor wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten hands. Be wary of betting on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for 9:1 vs. 8:1)

Gambled on properly baccarat banque offers pretty decent odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Banque Strategy

As with all games punto banco has a handful of accepted misconceptions. One of which is similar to a misunderstanding in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of future events. Tracking previous outcomes on a page of paper is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most common and definitely the most successful course of action is the one-three-two-six tactic. This method is deployed to maximize earnings and limit risk.

Start by wagering 1 unit. If you win, add another to the 2 on the game table for a total of three units on the second bet. Should you win you will now have six on the game table, pull off 4 so you are left with two on the 3rd wager. If you succeed on the third bet, put down two to the four on the game table for a sum total of six on the fourth wager.

Should you lose on the initial wager, you take a loss of one. A win on the initial round followed by a loss on the 2nd brings about a hit of 2. Wins on the 1st 2 with a defeat on the third gives you with a profit of two. And success on the first three with a hit on the 4th means you balance the books. Winning all 4 rounds leaves you with twelve, a profit of 10. This means you are able to lose the 2nd round 5 times for every successful run of four bets and still experience no loss.
