Baccarat Regulations and Method

Baccarat Rules

Punto banco is enjoyed with 8 decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards valued less than ten are worth their printed value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not really people; they simply represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the sum of the two cards, however the beginning number is dropped. For instance, a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of 1 (5 plus 6 = 11; drop the 1st ‘1′).

A third card might be dealt based on the following rules:

- If the gambler or banker has a value of eight or 9, both players hold.

- If the player has five or lower, she takes a card. Players otherwise stand.

- If the player stays, the banker takes a card on five or lower. If the gambler takes a card, a table is employed to see if the banker stands or takes a card.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the two hands wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out 19 to 20 (equal cash minus a five percent commission. The Rake is kept track of and paid off when you quit the table so be sure to have funds left before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pays out at 1:1. Winning wagers for tie frequently pays 8:1 but occasionally 9:1. (This is a awful bet as ties occur lower than one in every ten hands. Avoid gambling on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 vs. 8:1)

Gambled on correctly punto banco offers pretty decent odds, apart from the tie wager of course.

Punto Banco Method

As with all games baccarat banque has a few established false impressions. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of future events. Recording past outcomes on a chart is a waste of paper and an affront to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most familiar and almost certainly the most successful plan is the one-three-two-six plan. This technique is used to maximize winnings and minimizing losses.

Begin by betting 1 dollar. If you win, add one more to the 2 on the table for a sum of 3 dollars on the second bet. If you win you will hold 6 on the table, remove four so you keep two on the third bet. Should you come away with a win on the third wager, put down 2 to the 4 on the table for a total of 6 on the fourth round.

If you do not win on the first round, you take a loss of one. A profit on the initial bet followed by a loss on the second brings about a hit of two. Success on the first two with a loss on the 3rd provides you with a take of two. And success on the 1st 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you balance the books. Winning all four bets leaves you with twelve, a profit of ten. This means you will be able to lose the 2nd wager five times for each successful streak of 4 bets and in the end, break even.
